Understanding Your Dashboard
Key Takeaway
Home shows a Reached, Engaged, Inquired funnel, your Active Goals, the Needs You queue, and a live Lifeline rail of your agent's most recent actions with a health pill (Active, Paused, or No signal). To rename your agent or change its email prefix, go to Settings > Agent, not the dashboard.
Home is your dashboard, the Command Center. It leads with a Reached, Engaged, Inquired funnel, then gives you your active goals, what needs your attention, and a live rail of everything your agent just did.
The engagement funnel
Three stat cards sit at the top, in order:
- Reached: people your agent put a message in front of, across every channel
- Engaged: leads who opened, clicked, liked, or replied
- Inquired: leads who raised a hand, an interested reply or a lead your agent marked warm
A thin bar under the cards shows the drop-off between stages at a glance. Below that is your channel strip, one chip per platform. Connected channels show green and sort first; anything you haven't connected yet shows an amber "Set up" chip that links straight to Connections.
Email is the only chip with a real reach number right now, since it's the one channel with full delivery data.
Active Goals
Under the funnel sits your Active Goals card. It lists whatever goals you're running (up to your plan's limit) and gives you a button to start a new one. Each goal shows which channels it's working.
Outbound today
A short summary shows what's gone out today, a quick sanity check without opening Outreach.
Needs you
This is the one queue for anything waiting on you: an ad campaign to approve, a fresh lead reply, a failed post, a channel that dropped its connection. Items already come ranked by priority, so the top item is the most urgent one. Nothing waiting? You'll just see a short "nothing needs you right now" message instead.
Posting activity and recent creatives
Further down, a calendar-style heatmap shows your social posting activity over the past several weeks, plus anything scheduled ahead. Below that, a strip of your newest creative assets, images and videos your agent made or you uploaded, gives you a quick way into Create or the library.
The Lifeline rail
On the right side (or inside the agent drawer, if you've turned that on) sits the Lifeline. It's a live list of your agent's most recent actions, things like "Drafted post" or "Fetched analytics." A small health pill at the top reads Active, Paused, or No signal, so you always know whether your agent is actually running right now.
Want to rename your agent, change its tone, or update its email prefix? That all happens on Settings > Agent, not on the dashboard.
