Understanding the Lifeline
Key Takeaway
The Lifeline is your agent's live action log on Home, a flat feed of its most recent tool calls like Drafted post, Generated image, or Fetched analytics, plus a health pill (Active, Paused, No signal). It has no time filters and doesn't track lead or email events; those live in Leads, Outreach, and your weekly report.
Your agent keeps a running log of what it's just done. LeadClaw calls it the Lifeline, and you'll find it as a rail on your Home dashboard (or inside the agent drawer, if that's turned on).
What shows up
The Lifeline is a flat list of your agent's most recent actions, newest at the top. It refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. A typical entry reads something like:
- Drafted post
- Generated image
- Fetched analytics
- Found reply targets
- Set focus vertical
Each line gets a small icon: a green check if the action succeeded, a red X if it failed, or a plain dot if there's no pass or fail state for that action. A short timestamp ("3m ago", "2h ago") sits on the right.
What it isn't
There's no time-range filter here, no Live, Today, Yesterday, or This Week toggle. It's just the most recent stretch of activity, always.
And it doesn't track lead-specific events like replies or hot leads. Those live in Leads and Outreach instead. The Lifeline shows what your agent did, not the outcomes those actions produced.
The health pill
At the top of the rail, a small pill tells you whether your agent is Active, Paused, or showing No signal (meaning it's lost its heartbeat for a while). That's your fastest read on whether anything is actually running right now.
Where to look instead
For lead replies and hot leads, check Leads or the Needs You queue. For a rollup of performance, Pro and Ultra plans get a weekly report, not a daily one, delivered by email and viewable under Results.
