Usage & Limits
Key Takeaway
Every plan caps daily emails, auto-discovered leads, and monthly verifications, with active goals capped at 1 on Trial, 3 on Pro, or 5 on Ultra. When your agent hits the daily email limit, it queues the rest for the next day instead of dropping them.
Every plan caps how many emails, leads, and verifications your agent can run through in a day or month. Hit a cap and your agent queues the rest, it doesn't drop anything.

What "active goals" means
Active goals, not campaigns, is the number that actually caps you. A goal is what you want, like "book 10 roofing inspections in Dallas," and email outreach, paid ads, and social content are tactics your agent runs under that goal. Trial allows 1 goal running at a time, Pro allows 3, and Ultra allows 5.
Tracking your usage
Your dashboard shows real-time usage against every limit above: emails sent today, leads found today, verifications used this month, and how many active goals you have running. Warnings show up before you actually hit a wall.
What happens at each limit
- Daily email limit reached: your agent queues the remaining sends for the next day.
- Active goals limit reached: pause or finish a goal before starting a new one.
- Verification limit reached: new leads stop getting verified until next month, and unverified leads don't get contacted.
- Uploaded leads limit reached: wait until next month, or upgrade for more room.
Follow-ups
Every plan allows exactly one follow-up per lead, sent no sooner than 3 days after the first email. That holds on Trial, Pro, and Ultra alike. It's a safety rule, not something that scales with your plan.
Safety thresholds
These protect your sending reputation on every plan, and you can't turn them off:
| Threshold | Limit | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Bounce rate | Over 2% | Sending auto-pauses |
| Spam complaint rate | Over 0.1% | Sending auto-pauses |
| Minimum before a pause can trigger | At least 3 bounces, plus 10 sends on Trial or 50 on Pro and Ultra | Below that, nothing pauses yet |
Paid ads and content budget
Pro and Ultra can run paid ads on Google and Meta. Spend runs through your own connected ad account, and nothing spends until you approve the campaign. The social content platform gives every plan a daily content budget: Trial's is small, Pro and Ultra get the full amount, and going over it on Pro or Ultra bills as pay-as-you-go overage.
Need more room?
Upgrade from Settings > Billing. New limits apply immediately, your agent doesn't wait for the next billing cycle to use them.
