Data Export & Privacy

Your lead, campaign, and business data belongs to you. What you can export, and when, depends on your plan, so here's exactly how that works.

Data ownership

Everything your agent generates is yours:

• Lead contact info and conversation history
• Campaign and goal data, stats, and reports
• Your business profile and settings
• Chat messages between you and your agent

Data export

CSV export of your leads is a Pro and Ultra feature. On the trial, the export button returns an error, since trial accounts don't include CSV export.

Ultra adds two things Pro doesn't have:

Google Sheets sync keeps a live spreadsheet of your leads updated on its own. Scheduled exports run on a recurring basis without you lifting a finger. Both are Ultra only.

Privacy practices

LeadClaw is built around data isolation.

Data isolation

• Row-level security (RLS) sits on every database table. Queries only ever return your own rows.
• Your agent runs on its own dedicated server, separate from every other customer.

GDPR rights

• Right to access: export your lead data whenever your plan includes it (see the table above).
• Right to deletion: request full account deletion whenever you want.
• Data portability: CSV is the export format for lead data.
• Consent tracking: opt-ins are recorded with timestamps.

Data retention

• Active accounts keep their data as long as the account is active.
• Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
• When someone unsubscribes, your agent never emails them again while your account is active.

Account deletion

To delete your account and everything tied to it, go to Settings > Account and click Delete account. You type a confirmation and it happens right away. No support ticket needed.
